Youth Development Professional
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated youth development professional to join our Boys and Girls Clubs Team. This individual should demonstrate a commitment to improving the lives of youth through dynamic lesson planning and engagement, demonstrate teamwork and collaboration skills, and be willing to learn and grow with the program. All applicants must pass a background check and be eligible to work in the United States.
Job description
- Youth Development Professional (ages 18+)
- Ability to motivate youth and manage behavior problems
- Ability to organize and supervise members in a safe environment
- Embodies a heart and passion for working with youth and helping youth succeed
- Demonstrates creativity, organizational skills, and project management abilities
- Demonstrates the ability to plan and implement quality programs for youth
- Demonstrates flexibility and ability to work in a collaborative environment as a member of a team
- Has knowledge of youth development and experience working with youth
